I am thrilled to be the Library Media Specialist at Boulder Hill Elementary School. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education and began my career teaching middle school in DeKalb for five years before having the opportunity to stay home with my children.  I was elated to come back to my teaching career as a second grade teacher at Boulder Hill in 2006 and have been a Bobcat ever since!  After receiving a master’s degree in Instructional Technology with a certification in Library Media, I was offered the LMS position in 2010.  Since then, I obtained a second Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Aurora University.
