Welcome Back Boulder Hill Families,

This quote from Henry Ford resonates with me as I reflect on how well we came together as a
school community to overcome the challenges we faced during and after the pandemic. We didn't
stop there but we kept together and carried that strength and resilience into the years that
followed. We felt so good about our theme last year [Together Everyone Achieves More] that as a
staff we felt that we should continue with this theme T.E.A.M. again this year.

The Boulder Hill school community has the most amazing staff, students and families who love this
school so much! We will continue to build upon that foundation of love (love of our students, love
of our families, love of our staff, love of our school, love of our school community) to help us
accomplish our goals. One of our goals is to increase the number of opportunities in which to hear
the voices of and engage our students and families. We need to hear your voices; and you need to
share your voices. We need our students and families engaged so that we can provide each Bobcat
a place to learn and grow that is beyond compare. We know that each of our students can do great
things; and together as a school community we will make sure they do.

The longer I remain at Boulder Hill the more I realize that these words ;which I've said many times
before, will stand the test of time: “I feel truly blessed to have this opportunity to serve the
students, staff, families and community of Boulder Hill Elementary School”. I am glad to be a part
of this TEAM!

Lastly, I want to take this opportunity to welcome our new staff members, and Kindergarten – 5th

grade students & families to the Bobcat family!

As we continue on our journey together, let us remember: We A.R.E. Boulder Hill!

Bienvenidos, Familias de Boulder Hill,

"Reunirnos es el inicio, Mantenernos unidos es progreso, Trabajar unidos es Exito" - Henry Ford -

2023-24 School Year

Esta frase de Henry Ford resuena en mi mientras reflecciono sobre lo bien que nos unimos como
comunidad para sobrellevar y superar los retos que enfrentamos durante y despues de la
pandemia. No nos detuvimos ahi pero coninuamos unidos y conservamos esa fuerza y resistencia
en los anos siguientes. Nuestro tema del ano pasado (Together Everyone Achieves More - Juntos
Todos Logramos Mas) nos hizo sentir tan bien, que como personal, decidimos juntos que debemos
continuar con este tema este ano.

La comunidad escolar de Boulder Hill tiene el personal, alumnos y familias mas asombrosos, que
tienen tanto carino por nuestra escuela! Queremos seguir construyendo sobre este cimiento de
amor (amor por nuestros alumnos y familias, amor por nuestro personal, amor por nuestra
escuela, amor por nuestra comunidad escolar) para ayudarnos a lograr nuestras metas. Una de
nuestras metas, es incrementar el numero de oportunidades para escuchar las voces de nuestros
alumnos y sus familias y comprometernos. Necesitamos escuchar sus voces; y ustedes necesitan
compartir sus voces con nosotros. Necesitamos a nuestros alumnos y familias comprometidos para
poder proporcionar a cada Gato Montes con un lugar para aprender y crecer que no tenga
comparacion. Sabemos que cada uno de nuestros alumnos es capaz de grandes cosas; y juntos
como comunidad escolar nos vamos a asegurar de que lo hagan.

Entre mas tiempo paso en Boulder Hill, mas me doy cuenta que estas palabras; que he dicho
muchas veces antes, superan el paso del tiempo: "Me siento realmente bendecida de tener la
oportunidad de servir a los alumnos, personal, familias y comunidad de la Escuela Primaria Boulder
Hill". Estoy contenta de ser parte de este EQUIPO!

Para finalizar, quiero tomar esta oportunidad para dar la bienvenida a los nuevos miembros del
personal y alumnos de Kinder a 5o grado y sus familias a la familia de los Gatos Monteses!
Al continuar nuestro camino juntos, recordemos: Nosotros SOMOS Boulder Hill!
